OBTAINING PERMITS

To shoot on the streets of Paris is free but you still need to ask for authorization from the :

PREFECTURE DE POLICE
MAIRIE DE PARIS (City Hall)
POLICE STATIONS DEPENDING OF THE LOCATIONS

For some locations like the Tuileries Gardens, Champs de Mars, Luxembourg Gardens, or public parks, etc... There are image rights fees.
The application including a Civil Liability Insurance Certificate must be done in advance. Which is where we come in. It pays to know the official channels.
